How do I create or update an emergency notification list?
 
Clients have two methods for creating and updating their emergency notification sheets, related to their security service.
  • Visit the Client Support Center: Using your web browser, visit http://client.communityrespondalarm.com and click on the appropriate link.

    • If you are a new client: Select the 'Emergency Notification List' link under the New Client box.
    • If you are an existing client: Select the 'Emergency Contact Update' link under the Existing Client box.
* Please Note: Changes related to your central station (alarm system) contact list will need to be made in writing by fax. E-Mail updates will not be acknowledged.
