How are underpayments and late payments processed?
Your contract will ultimately determine our course of action regarding the payment of invoices. Unless prior arrangements have been made, or your contract provides for different terms, invoices are due upon receipt and considered late 30 days from the invoice date.
If you've underpaid:
A member of the accounting department will contact you to discuss the issues you may have. Generally, late fees will be charged when the balance moves forward to the next billing cycle.
Late payments:
If you are going to be late, please notify our office. Payments received 30 days after the invoice date, are considered late, and a fee may appear on your next invoice.
A message about NSF and returned checks:
A $30.00 returned check/NSF fee will be charged to your account, should a check be returned as unpayable by your financial institution. A $60.00 fee is charged on the 3rd NSF occurance. A customer which experiences three NSF incidents in a year period will be required to provide payment in certified funds.
