If I have a billing concern, whom do I reach out to?
 
Clients have two methods for seeking clarification for their billing issues. These appear in no specific order, and you can utilize either avenue.
  • Contact your Account Manager: Your account manager or corporate contact has the ability to review your invoice, and provide answers for charges which may appear. These people can also request adjustments as needed.
  • Contact our Billing Department: Our billing personnel is available normal business hours to assist you. Call us at (800) 961-2631 or open a support ticket at http://help.communityrespondalarm.com.
If we've made an error, and a credit is due, we'll issue a credit memo promptly. The total amount of your credit will also appear on the invoice immediately following your concern.
