How do I contact a security
supervisor?
Clients may request to speak to a supervisor at
anytime. Depending upon the volume of incidents we are handiling, you may be
advised that a supervisor is only available by telephone.
At anytime, use the following methods to reach a
supervisor or manager on duty:
Telephone: (800) 961-2631.
If a security
officer refuses to provide contact information for a supervisor, please request
the officer's ID number, and use it when contacting our
office.
