What is an Alarm Response service notice?
Commercial and Residential customers who subscribe to alarm response service by our security personnel will receive an
Alarm Response Notice
to advise the premise that we have responded to the alarm, and taken the appropriate action based upon our findings.
Alarm response notices can be provided electronically or on paper at the location. Alarm response tickets can not be left at an alternate location.
False alarm fees:
Depending upon your contract, your
Notice of Service
may have a "please remit" box checked. If this box is checked, you are required to pay the false alarm response fee to the
security company.
This is seperate from any fine the police department or your municipality may impose.
If this box is checked, you may open a support ticket, or call our office for assistance.
