    What type of contract do I have to sign?
    Answer:
    There is a monitoring agreement that outlines what type of medical alert service we will provide. You may cancel at anytime upon 30 days notice.
  • Question:
    What if I'm not absolutely happy with the service?
    Answer:
    If you're not happy, we do not want you to keep it. Nightwatch allows you to cancel service at any time without penalty with 30 days notice. You also have the added benefit of our initial 30 day Money Back trial. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the system during your first 30 days of service you simply return the console and receive a full refund.

    A penalty will be charged if the console is not returned within 30 days

    What are my billing options?
    Answer:
    You can choose to pay LifeStation monthly, quarterly, or annually for service. Contact our office for information and assistance
  • Question:
    Is there a lot of equipment involved?
    Answer:
    No. Our LifeSystem is a  very simple system that consists of your help button and emergency console.
  • Question:
    I want LifeStation for my mom and dad who live together - do I pay two monitoring fees?
    Answer:
    No. You simply pay one monitoring fee plus an additional $3.99 per month for the extra help button.

    Can my LifeStation medical alert system be moved if I move?
    Answer:
    Of course! Simply call customer service at 888-874-1978 and let us know what your new address and phone number will be. We will send a new agreement immediately to make the appropriate changes.

    How will emergency personnel gain access to my home?
    Answer:
    Should we have to contact medical personnel, we will also contact any friends / neighbors / family members on your contact list that have a key to meet the medical responders and open your door.

    If you are concerned about your contact people not being there in time, we recommend ordering a LifeSystem Lock Box. The PERS Care Specialist will provide the lock box key door combination to the responding medical personnel allowing them to gain access to your home without doing damage.

    What is the average response time?
    Answer:
    The average response time is 20 - 30 seconds. You will have the chance to test your system and see how quickly we respond.
  • Question:
    What system repair/replacement service is provided with the LifeStation medical alert system?
    Answer:
    Your system comes with a system repair/replacement service for as long as you stay with us. We will replace all parts at no charge to you as long as your system is used as intended. Just call our office for assistance.
