What is a Service Notice?
Patrol and Guard services clients will receive one or more
Notice of Service
documents while we are providing security services at their location. This is a receipt to indicate that we have conducted security activities per the service agreement. It will also contain comments regarding any security issues or incidents occuring while we are on the property.
A supervisor will leave a
Notice of Service
to certify his or her visit to locations which are receiving fixed guard services. It will be marked "Supervisor" in red ink, in the upper right hand corner.
Service notices can be provided electronically, by phone, or on paper at a pre-arranged location on the property.
Service notices can be left at an alternative location, however a fuel surcharge will apply.
